Shipping Info
Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped out next business day, usually in 24 hours or less. Most orders placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday or, if a government holiday, on the next business day. Most orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.

BlazeVapor.com ships all merchandise via The United States Postal Service.

  • For APO/FPO addresses, please select a domestic shipping option. Use the United States as your country, and APO/FPO as your Suburb/City. Please Do Not select International Shipping for APO/FPO addresses.
  • For customers in Guam and Puerto Rico, please select "United States" as your country. Guam and Puerto Rico will be available in the "State/Province" section.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery for store credit or exact replacement of product only if you received a defective, DOA or incorrect product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or DOA item).

If your product is defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items that show signs of wear or use may not be returned. Atomizers of any type, Cartomizers, and discounted items may not be returned unless Dead On Arrival (DOA) and customer must notify us of DOA hardware within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to qualify for exchange. E-Liquid cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless product is being returned due to our error.
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

DOA-Only Warranty For Any Type of Atomizer
All atomizers, cartomizers, and items on sale, clearance, or otherwise purchased at a reduced price such as with a coupon code come with a DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty ONLY. This means that the product will only be replaced if it is found to be defective when it arrives to the customer. All DOA Warrantied items must be inspected and tested by the customer upon receipt and the customer must notify us within 24 hours of the time stamped delivery if a product is found to be defective. Replacements, Refunds, or Store Credits will not be given if we are not notified immediately. We will not be responsible for and will not replace or refund items that were destroyed or damaged due to user error, modification, or mishandling.

Warranty on E-Liquid
There is no warranty on E-liquid, unless the error is ours. All e-liquid must be inspected and tested by the customer upon receipt and the customer must notify us within 24 hours of the time stamped delivery if a product is found to be defective. The customer must notify us of defective e-liquid within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to qualify for refund or replacement. All e-liquid orders are custom filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your E-Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded even if it has not been shipped from our facility or received by the customer. Also, due to the consumable nature of these products and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our facility, returns or refunds are not allowed for any type of e-liquid ordered.

30-day Replacement Warranty for Batteries, Chargers, and Mod Devices Only
If product failure or defect occurs within 30 days of product being delivered to the shipping address on the order, the customer should contact customer service. If contact is not made within 30 days of receiving a shipment, customer will not qualify for product replacement regardless of when product failed or was found to be defective. In order to qualify for product replacement customer may also be required to return the defective product at their own expense before the replacement is shipped out. Once we receive the product and it is determined to have failed or is defective, a replacement will be sent out at our expense or a store credit for the full purchase price of the product will be applied to the customer's account if preferred by customer or if product is no longer in stock or otherwise available. We will not be responsible for and will not replace or refund items that were destroyed or damaged due to user error, modification, or mishandling.

Incorrect Orders
Blaze Vapor is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it's function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.

International Orders
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International customers, before placing your order please consult your local laws on importing e-liquid before ordering. Our official labels will include the nicotine content, as well as other important information including safety warnings and will be placed on each bottle. An invoice with final price will also be included with the package.

Your package will be marked as e-liquid or e-cigarette accessories; there will be no exceptions. Blaze Vapor will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to, errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders will be placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves US customs. For shipping insurance, please contact us before ordering.

Due to the cost of shipping for international packages we are unable to offer the same warranty for our customers who have their packages shipped outside of the US. All products included in International orders have a DOA warranty only and will be handled on a case by case basis. However, product will not be replaced. Instead, the customer will receive a store credit for any products determined to be DOA.

Free shipping offers only apply to the continental United States when applicable.

Other Warranties
All other warranties and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis and are subject to our determination. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Blaze Vapor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Blaze Vapor does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Blaze Vapor does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
