 SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

Blaze Vapor is only shipping with the United States Post Office currently. All orders are processed within 1­­­­­-2 business days.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

 We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE

Due to compliance with the PACT ACT (The Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act). Recipients of all vape products purchased online will now require an adult signature and must present an ID at the time of the delivery.

Blaze Vapor will no longer be shipping International. All shipments are in United States only.

HOLIDAY SHIPMENT

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

SHIPMENT DELAY

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Blaze Vapor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS

We thank you for your purchase and hope you are enjoying your new Blaze Vapor products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@blazevapor.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used/opened items
